ULTR-138 A captured female spy is stripped of her catsuit and subjected to a hellish sexual execution where both her orifices are simultaneously violated.

A female spy is stripped of her catsuit, gagged, and restrained on a bed. First, she is covered in sensual oil and her naked body is touched by countless men's hands, causing her to start sticking out her tongue. She is then stimulated with multiple electric massagers and vibrators, squirting profusely and trembling as she continues to orgasm. The final scene, where she is restrained in a reverse shrimp position and subjected to double penetration, is even more intense.
