DMCA

This site indexes and embeds videos hosted by third-party providers. If you believe content reachable through this site infringes your copyright, send a takedown notice and it will be acted on — removal is performed by a moderator immediately upon validation, without waiting for further review.

What a notice must contain

  • Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed.
  • The exact URL(s) on this site where the content appears — one per line.
  • Your name, organisation (if any), and a way to reach you.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

The contact address will be published here together with the site’s domain.

What happens next

Notices are answered within 24 hours. A valid notice removes the content from this site and records the removal, including which source supplied the item, so repeat material from the same feed is screened on ingestion rather than reported twice.

A removed page answers “410 Gone”, so search engines drop it rather than keep retrying it, and it leaves the site’s sitemaps and internal links at the same time.

Designated agent

Notices go to the site operator, who acts as the designated agent for copyright notices, at the address above. Send one notice per rights holder; a list of URLs in one message is fine.

Counter-notice

If you believe material was removed by mistake or misidentification, send a counter-notice to the same address with the removed URL, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was a mistake, your name and contact details, and your signature. A removal can be reversed, and the reversal is recorded the same way the removal was.
