MNGS-026 Unwashed, stinky dicks are her favorite food. During her nighttime rounds, she locks onto the unwashed dick of a patient who can't move. Even after he ejaculates once, the slutty nurse continues to give him a blowjob, Nanase Alice

There's a rumor being whispered around the hospital... that there's a nurse who loves sweaty, smelly dicks... Night after night, she patrols the hospital, locking onto the dicks of patients who aren't allowed to bathe. She apparently repeatedly sniffs and rapes them... Even though it must be incredibly embarrassing for her to have her breathe deeply into the sweaty, dirty parts of their bodies and have them sniffed, her dick gets rock hard! She has a crazy sexual fetish, but she's also beautiful and has big boobs...
