EXTC-054 A girl is turned into a caterpillar with bandages and has her secret lips played with, while a woman is hung naked and becomes prey to candles and an extra-thick dildo.

The first woman is suspended by her back from a beam in a Japanese-style room, tortured with candles and a dildo, like a full-fledged S&M scene. In this position, she can't even twist her body and is brought to orgasm with a tearful expression on her face. The second woman is hung upside down, her crotch exposed, wrapped in bandages like a caterpillar, and subjected to a brutal video of her vagina being tortured. An electric drill is inserted into her, and she orgasms while swaying back and forth.
